Spring is the rebirth of the garden and a confirmation that your perennials survived the winter. Trees put out colorful blossom and daffodils herald the warm weather arriving. Spring is also a time when the weather is fickle. A succession of warm days and gentle southern breezes comes to a halt when we are reminded that the year is still young, and a cold snap brings flurries and frosts back for just a few more days.
