America’s Home Grown Veggie Show airs every Saturday morning at 10am (eastern time zone) from the studio of Radio Sandy Springs (Am 1620 Atlanta) and is streamed live via www.americaswebradio.com . The show is a one hour magazine format with in depth interviews of experts, authors and gardeners. America’s Home Grown Veggie Show is the only show on the air that airs 52 wks a year talking all about healthy vegetables.
Guests include people growing vegetables in their back garden, front garden, community garden or containers plus market gardeners and farmers.  We include a selection of people who support community gardens through corporate sponsorship such as Triscuit and Fiskars, plus people using gardens for education such as Charlie Johnson from Toledo Grows (08 06 2011, who rehabilitates youth offenders) and Archies Acres (03 05 2011, where ex-vets are rehabilitated and trained in sustainable agriculture).

We also include seed companies, chefs who talk about what to do with your produce and organic pest control experts.
